Kamala Harris Says Trump Should Not Fill any Coming Supreme Court Vacancy

Democrat Presidential candidate, Senator Kamala Harris said President Trump should be in "timeout" from appointing Supreme Court nominees while under impeachment proceedings.

This kinda makes you wonder whether Harris expects a vacancy. Also, is the baseless "impeachment" inquiry motivated by an attempt to weaken President Trump from filling any upcoming Supreme Court vacancy.
